Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) only applies to domestic orders shipped within the USA (excludes US Territories). Orders are processed 1 - 3 business days after your order date. You will be automatically notified by email with tracking information.

We, unfortunately, cannot be held responsible if your order is lost/stolen or if you provided any incorrect shipping details.
We cannot issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Please triple check all your order information is accurate before placing an order. If any details need to be corrected after placing an order, please notify us as soon as possible and we will try our best to update your order. However, changes are not guaranteed - we will not be able to make any changes to your order if your order has already been shipped.

Exchanges

Each customer is eligible for one (1) free exchange of the same product of a different shade of equal or lesser value. Exchanges are limited to one (1) exchange per product, per customer.  Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your order delivery date. You will be responsible for paying shipping and handling costs. You may be required to first return the original item. Once we receive the original item, we will process and ship a replacement unit to you. After an exchange is initiated, the order will no longer be eligible for any refunds.

Refunds

For safety (and obvious) reasons, we cannot accept returns for used items. We also do not provide refunds for orders that have received an exchanged item.

For unused or damaged/defective items, you must request a refund within 30 days of your order delivery date. After this window, we cannot accept returns. We will provide a full refund, minus any original shipping fees. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and accept your original item(s), we will process your refund via your original payment method.
